This is accomplished through the ability to cultivate relationships with skilled farmers that will take care of your land as if it was their own.

About Us
Since 2017 our company offers Real estate brokerage services, helping local and foreign investors to identify investment opportunities in the agricultural, livestock farming and agricultural sectors in Uruguay.
We are a small family company: I work along with my beloved wife Martina Fernandez. Together with our three children we live in a farming ranch where we raise cattle. The ranch has become a tourist destination and we are able to host clients who prefer to receive our advice on investments and conduct negotiations in person.
Our services include professional advice in agriculture, livestock, forestry, legal and notary matters, immigration, and property management.
Clients receive our full support throughout the investment process: before, during and after any transaction or purchase is concluded.

Brokerage commission in Uruguay
The commission in Uruguay is set at 3% for both the seller and the buyer. This means that no matter who you use to make the purchase, the buyer always has to pay a 3% commission.
That’s why we offer you, if you have a property of your interest, to forward it to us and we will then take care of the entire process. Your advantage: You receive all of our services included – accommodation and meals on our farm.
